| Короткий огляд (реферат): | The preconditions of establishment and the tasks of the regional financial mechanisms are pointed out; their place in the global financial safety net and in anti-crisis regulation of regional development is determined in the article. The specific features of functioning of the most influential regional financial initiatives are examined and their comparative analysis is provided. Financial instruments used by regional financial mechanisms while performing their tasks are considered. The advantages of regional financial mechanisms foundation and directions of their activities coordination with other components of the global financial safety net are defined. |
