Abstract

EU leading national models of public diplomacy are under consideration in the paper. Particular attention is paid to the mechanisms for EU public diplomacy implementation, as one of the most advanced integration associations in the world. Direct relationship between the effective implementation of public diplomacy and security (national, economic security, security integration association) is defined in the paper.
